Get into a yoga habit with your friends or family! I offer semi-private instruction for groups up to 5 and group instruction for 6 or more. Semi private and group instruction still allows for individualized attention, but can help you build a sense of community and deepen connections with those you live, work, or play with. Having a workout buddy (or several!) helps to keep you accountable and introduces a social element to fitness. No stuffy studio nonsense here!
