55-Minute Asana Practice Open to the Public. Please bring a mat and bottled water. A limited number of blocks and straps will be available. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. This is not a hot yoga class.

Classes are held at Shetler Studios: 244 West 54th Street on the 12th floor.

Due to limited space, reservations are strongly encouraged. You may make your reservation through Schedulicity below.

To pay for class in advance via credit card, please purchase a single class or a 10-class card in advance (no expiration date!) directly below. Alternatively, you may pay by cash or Venmo when you arrive for class.
